1.After the matter was argued for some time, Counsel for the appellants seek to withdraw both the appeals as also Misc. Applications with a view to make a representation before SEBI thereby bringing it to the notice of SEBI that several other directors who were also responsible for issuance of preference shares in violation of the Companies Act and the Securities Laws, have been left out in the impugned order.

2.Accordingly, the appellants are permitted to withdraw both the appeals as also Misc. Applications with liberty to make a representation to SEBI within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, SEBI shall consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3.Both the Appeals as also Misc. Applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
