The appellant is a stock broker registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

On account of non- payment of the registration fee, its certificate of registration has been suspended for a period of six months or till such time the fee is paid. It is this order of suspension which is under challenge in this appeal. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the fee due from the appellant has been paid and that the certificate of registration has been restored. In view of this, he prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
