- With the consent of both learned counsel the appeal has been heard and being
disposed of by the present order.
- At the outset, Ms. Harshada Nagare, learned counsel for the respondent submits
that a final order is being passed by the SEBI in a period of two weeks. In view of this
submion, Tribunal sangoodreto ep en t appeal pending
and the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pass an appropriate final
order in the matter as per law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of
copy of this order. A copy of the order should be provided to the appellant as soon as the
same is passed by the respondent. The present appeal, accordingly, stands disposed of
with the above said direction and also with a liberty to the appellant to approach the
appropriate forum in case he is still aggrieved by the final order to be passed under this
order, if so advised. It is made clear that no opinion is expressed by the Tribunal on the
merit of the issues raised by the appellant. Accordingly, miscellaneous application no.3
of 2013 also stand disposed of. No costs.
