ORDER:

Learned counsel for the appellant states that after filing of the
appeal much water has flown and the National Stock Exchange of India
Limited has defreezed some of the shares. Further direction has been
issued to take similar direction from the BSE Limited. In the light of the
aforesaid, learned counsel for the appellant prays that he may be

permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file fresh appeal if the
need arises. Permission granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn
and liberty is given to file afresh if the need arises.

Misc. Application No. 263 of 2018 is accordingly disposed of.
