Misc. Application No. 419 of 2018:

Misc. Application has been filed today seeking for exemption from
filing a certified copy of the impugned orders. It has been asserted that the
appellant had applied for a certified copy on December 13, 2018 but till
date BSE Ltd. and NSE Ltd. i.e. the Respondents have not issued the
certified copy of the impugned orders.
2.

In the light of the aforesaid, we direct both BSE Ltd. and NSE Ltd. to
issue a certified copy of the impugned orders within three working days
from the date when the certified copy of our order is presented before it.
3.

Application is disposed of.
