After hearing Shri Rajesh K. Hegde, PCS for the
appellant a prayer was made for withdrawal of the appeal
with liberty to file afresh after incorporating other orders
passed by the stock exchanges.

In the light of the above, permission to withdraw the
appeal is granted with liberty to file afresh subject to the
objection raised by the respondent on limitation.
3.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is
given to file afresh.
